THE STRATEGIC APPROACH

We repositioned the bank around «customer satisfaction» and aimed to increase brand awareness while rejuvenating the bank.

THE CREATIVE INSIGHT

Attention and care were the highest customer demands at the finance category. We emphasized the bank’s high quality service and used the concept of «time» as the currency of attention. We worked with a celebrity and polished the brand image with a modern story about a father and his son.

THE RESULTS

1. With the new image campaign, total brand awareness increased from 64% to 75%.

2. Total spontaneous brand awareness, which was 1%, increased by a significant 3 points to 4%.

3. Anadolubank entered the “favorite brands” list for the first time in its history.

4. Anadolubank entered the “recommended brands” list for the first time in its history.

5. Anadolubank entered the “currently working banks” list for the first time in its history.

6. By significantly increasing our level of matching with both functional and emotional image elements, our average increase in all image elements reached a record level of 97%.

7. Ad recall level reached 6%, the highest increase rate among all banks. Thus, it ranked 2nd among its main competitors.
