Task
To design and execute a unified regional digital marketing strategy for Banco LAFISE, optimizing media investments, aligning KPIs, and building real-time reporting capabilities across five countries—Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras.

The Challenge
Banco LAFISE, a financial powerhouse in Central America and the Caribbean, had a growing footprint across multiple countries—but a disjointed digital marketing structure. Each market worked with separate agencies, applied different KPIs, and lacked a shared vision. This decentralization created inefficiencies in media planning, redundant efforts, and made it impossible to understand regional performance holistically.
Even more critically, investments were being made based on intuition rather than data. There was no single source of truth to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, or ensure budgets were allocated where impact was highest. The result: lost opportunity, inconsistent brand execution, and reactive marketing operations.

The Approach
