Darwin & Verne rebranding

There is Darwin in everything; there is Verne in everything. Darwin is science, understanding the world as it is. And Verne is creating, imagining the world as it could be. 
 
This was the starting point for the strategic positioning and rebranding of Darwin & Verne -formerly Darwin Social Noise-, which launched itself into the market as a creative branding consultancy. Its new purpose was to boost the business of companies by giving value to brands from data and creativity to connect them with people.
 
We developed the dualities that compared the universes of Darwin and Verne taken to our sector, representing the world of reason and research of Darwin with the imagination and predictive and inspirational capacity of Verne.
For example, the duality of reason-emotion, claiming the expressive territory of travel (those that Darwin made in his expeditions and those that Verne made us live with his stories), and creating a graphic system based on the lines of the cartography. We started with the naming, followed by all the visual identity (logo, typography, colors) and sound, and ended with all the graphic applications in digital media (web, social media, print, video, presentations, Wetransfer covers, etc.).
 
The combination of the rational and the dreamy, the study of the past with the ideation of the future, examining yesterday to imagine tomorrow. Two opposing and complementary worlds, with which we represent the duality and the combination of Darwin and Verne generating a unique identity.
 
The entire concept lands on our slogan: “Understand. Imagine. Go.”
